Uber
Designing a global rewards program for an industry titan

Overview: Uber, a ride-hailing, food delivery and freight transport company reimagining the way the world moves for the better; hired our founder, Lili Tawil, to be a part of their CRM team when Osom was but a dream.
Uber’s initiatives and campaigns across various aspects of the business were vast and Lili helped create the design communications across Uber Rewards, Uber Eats and Uber Black, among others.
For this project overview we’ll highlight Uber’s Consumer Loyalty Program, which had the goal of strengthening the relationship between Uber and its users. This was accomplished through the creation of a visual design system and communications to educate users on how the program worked and its benefits.
To hit these goals Lili and the team produced 50+ assets for lifecycle communications with a blend of educational, promotional and engagement deliverables. This in addition to the design of a module email template system to be used for Uber Rewards Globally. It was quite the joint effort with email assets, in addition to paid and social assets being created, reviewed and finalized across various stakeholder teams within product, copy, and CRM.
