OSOM was founded by graphic designer Lili Tawil. Having started her graphic design career across various enterprises while raised in Mexico City, she began working with some of the world’s biggest brands when moving to San Francisco in 2015.

After recognizing that many companies relied on email marketing for their revenue yet didn’t have the team or expertise to successfully operate unless they worked with overpriced and inefficient agencies, she decided to start OSOM in 2019 with the support of her now-husband. All with the goal of creating a focused and lean organization that would seamlessly act as an extension of a company’s email design team.

OSOM continues to have its core focus on email marketing design, among other digital design assets and has grown into an international team of amazing and talented team members.
